快乐、厌烦与大脑的化学关联

快乐呀，就是那些能让我们大脑感觉愉悦的事物。当快乐发生时，体内会释放 胺多酚，就像各种复杂的鸡尾酒释放出化学物质，带来不同的感受。科学研究表明，当我们聆听美妙音乐，或是读完一本好书，从脊椎骨涌起的那种快感，跟服用可卡因兴奋起来，又或是吃巧克力时的快感，其实都是同一类化学物质在起作用。从本质上讲，我们的大脑就像一直在服用大量药物。

游戏带来的快感，源自对事物的掌握和理解，解谜过程本身让游戏充满乐趣。而厌烦则与学习相反，当一个游戏无法让我们学到新东西时，就会觉得它开始变得无聊。
